ITIWJM read-along

Welcome to the Read-Along page!

In April and May of 2009, I led an international read-along of I Thought It Was Just Me. After the read-along ended I received many emails asking if I could put all of the posts, podcasts and exercises together for folks who are interested in doing it again or doing it for the first time.

My good friend and awesome designer Shawn put this together for us. Everything is organized by chapter and you should be able to work straight through it. The little microphone icon means that there's a podcast for that chapter. You can download the podcast to your MP3 player or your iPod, OR you can listen directly from the computer.

The first two entries before "Let's Get Started!" will give you some background on how this project was conceived and why it's an important journey if you struggle with perfectionism (like I do!).

If you have any questions, please let me know!
